Performance Creative Designer

We run performance ads on Google, Meta, and Native channels for clients across ecommerce, lead gen, and B2B. We are building a small partner bench of creative designers we can call on when we need strong creative, and we are picking 2 partners, maybe 3, to work with long term.

Project work. We brief, you deliver, we pay. No retainer. No monthly minimum. No guaranteed volume. Average volume once engaged: 3 to 4 packages per month.

What we commission

Five packages. Each priced separately by you in the application. Turnaround 48 to 72 hours per package.
3 static creative variations across 4 formats: 1:1 (1200x1200), 4:5 (1080x1350), 9:16 (1080x1920), 16:9 (1200x628).
Text on creative is expected. We provide the exact copy.
Meta best practices apply: safe zones, high contrast, text-to-image ratio, actual thumb-stop power.
3 static creative variations across 6 formats: 1:1 (1200x1200 and 300x300), 1.91:1 (600x314), 4:5 portrait (480x600 and 960x1200), 16:9 (1200x628).
Clean image, no text on creative. Google adds headlines and CTAs programmatically. We provide the copy separately for the asset fields.
Google safe zone: important elements in the center 80% of the frame.
3 creative concepts, each produced in both the Meta format set and the Google format set.
Text logic per platform applies as above.
Priced separately because the platform logic differs. Expect a different price than Meta alone plus Google alone.
3 static creative variations. Sizes are fluid.
We care about the idea and the editorial feel, not format fidelity to any specific network.
We provide all ad copy. You produce the image.
For the live test in Step 3, the Native piece runs on Taboola across Taboola's full size matrix.
1 landing page image set, not 3 variations.
WebP format, quality 80. Base sizes 1600x1000 and 1200x1200.
Safe zone: important elements in the center 80%. Consistent color grading across the set.
Shot types: product, detail, ingredients, ingredient icons, lifestyle, activity, bundle, AI animation.
Descriptive file naming. Example: ashwagandha-product-photo-desktop.webp.

Package rules that apply to all 5

Turnaround 48 to 72 hours. Faster is better. Quality first, always.

Up to 3 revisions included. Revisions happen on one chosen size first. Once we approve that size, you produce all remaining formats. This keeps you from burning cycles on 15 variants of something we are about to rethink.

Source files delivered so we can make quick in-house tweaks. Tool agnostic. AI tools welcome, as long as the output passes basic sanity checks: no extra fingers, no gibberish text on products, no fake logos.

02 / Hiring process

How we pick partners

4 steps, fully transparent. Paid from Step 2 onwards.
Step 1
Questionnaire and portfolio. Complete the questionnaire. Drop 3 to 10 links to your previous Meta, Google, and Landing Page work. Only these count. Branding, logos, packaging, and social content are not what we evaluate here.
Step 2
Paid test task. We shortlist 3 to 5 people. Same brief for everyone. You produce one real creative package at the rate you quoted. We pay. No spec work, no free samples, no "prove yourself first" games.
Step 3
Live A/B/C test on a real client. Finalists run side by side on one of our supplement-niche clients in one European market. Scope: Google + Meta + Native (Taboola). We provide all the copy. 7 to 10 days, or until we have enough conversions to decide. Winner: CTR first, then CPA and ROAS.
Step 4
Partner bench. We engage 2 partners (max 3) on a per-project basis. No retainer. Everyone who applies hears back by email. Shortlist contact happens on WhatsApp.

One thing you need to be cool with: exclusivity on our clients

Before and during this process: do whatever you want. Keep your clients, your agencies, your whole roster. We are not in that business.

If we work together: you still keep your clients and your agencies. Nothing changes there. The only ask is that you do not work directly with the specific Dinetix clients we put you on, and that you do not take direct work from them, for the duration of our partnership, and for 36 months after our partnership ends.

That is the whole rule. It only covers clients you have actually worked on through us. Everyone else is none of our business. If this clause is a dealbreaker, do not apply. It is not negotiable.

  • 3+ years producing performance ad creatives for paid media
  • Real work in at least 2 of: Meta, Google, Native formats
  • Portfolio of performance ad work, 3 to 10 links
  • Fluent English
  • Reachable 09:00 to 15:00 CET, 5 working days per week
  • Able to issue a monthly invoice in EUR
  • Serious AI tool adoption in your daily workflow
  • Comfort with structured briefs and revision cycles

04 / Portfolio rules

Hard filter, read before applying

3 to 10 links. Fewer or more gets deprioritized. We have a lot of applications to get through.
Only Meta, Google, and Landing Page creatives work counts. Branding, logos, packaging, non-paid social will not be reviewed.
Everything as a link. Google Drive, Dropbox, live portfolio, linked PDF. No file attachments.
Performance data wins points. If you have CTR, ROAS, or CPA context, include it. Blur sensitive numbers if needed.
Only live work. Mood boards and unused concepts do not count.
05 / Compensation

How we pay

Per package, at the rate you quote. Monthly consolidated invoice in EUR, line items per Client, Package type, Price. No retainer. No monthly minimum. No guaranteed volume.

The paid test (Step 2) and the live test (Step 3) are both paid at your quoted rate, regardless of selection outcome. We do not run free creative hackathons.
